Review of Reducta™ and Swisse Ultiboost™ – Do they really work as appetite suppressants and what are the side effects?
Reducta™ is a brand of Appetite Suppressant available in Australia from a company named Fat Blaster™, primarily distributed through Chemists. Swisse™ market an Appetite Suppressant, also primarily available from Chemists. Appatrol™ and Appaluma™ are available from NaturaMed Health on the internet.
Reducta™, Swisse Appetite Suppressant™, Appatrol™ & Appaluma™ contain the all natural active ingredient Caralluma adscendens var. fimbriata which is more commonly known as Caralluma or Caralluma fimbriata. Reducta™ packaging claims 100% Caralluma fimbriata content in their 500mg tablets which are blister packaged. Unlike all other brands of Caralluma fimbriata appetite suppressants I have seen, Reducta™ is the only one to package their pills in tablet form, Swisse™ and Appatrol™ and Appaluma™ use gel capsules in a bottle.
Reducta™ is sold in boxes of 20 Tablets or 40 Tablets and they can be found online for between $34.00 to $40.00 for the 40 tablet boxes, making the cost per dose close to $1.00 per tablet of 500mg. Swisse™ Appetite Suppressant is sold in bottles of 30 capsules and they can be found online for between $30.00 to $35.00, making the cost per dose over $1.00 per capsule of 500mg.
Reducta™, Swisse™, Appaluma™ and Appatrol™, all appetite suppressants with Caralluma fimbriata worked for me. Most of the other reviews I have seen show mixed opinions, but I believe most of the negative reviews were from people who just expected the magic pill where they could sit on the couch and not change anything and suddenly they lose weight and the fat melts away. Any reasonable person know this won’t happen with any diet or weight loss aid. For some, there may be biological or psychological issues which make these or any products for weight loss ineffective for them.
The active ingredient in Reducta™, Swisse™, Appaluma™ and Appatrol™ is Caralluma fimbrtiata
Caralluma has been clinically shown to reduce appetite and the people in the study also lost weight compared to the people who received the placebo. More importantly, Caralluma has been used for centuries by poor farmers and travellers in India to suppress appetite in times of famine, and is used today in some Indian cooking recipes.
You can read my other posts for more detail about Caralluma fimbriata.
What are the Side effects of Reducta™, Swisse™, Appatrol™, Appaluma™ and Caralluma fimbriata natural appetite suppressants?
This is where Caralluma stands out from the crowd of diet pills, weight loss pills, shakes, prescription and other natural appetite suppressants. Aside from Hoodia gordonii, which is not readily available in Australia due to the plant’s rarity, Caralluma appears to be one of the only appetite suppressants available (either prescription or natural) which does not have any significant side effects.
When I take Caralluma pills, the only things I notice are a full feeling in my stomach and more energy than I would normally have, and being a little more thirsty (which is good if you drink more water anyway). Other than that, I had no noticeable side effects which are common in other forms of appetite suppressant.
Many other weight loss, “Detox” or appetite suppressant options cause side effects such as insomnia, bloating, heart racing, heart palpitations, constipation or diarrhea, jittery feeling etc. etc. None of these were evident with Caralluma when I use it, or anyone else I know. Each person is different and for some there could be possible side effects, so if you are taking other medications or supplements, it’s best to consult your doctor in case of possible interactions. To me there is no point taking a supplement or pills to help with weight loss and dieting unless you can take them without the side effects being worse than the condition, so using Caralluma is very easy and effective when compared to the alternatives.
Which is the Best Caralluma Appetite Suppressant?
Reducta™ and Swisse™ worked for me when I used them to suppress appetite, but the products which worked the best were Appatrol™ and Appaluma™ which contain the same active ingredient, Caralluma fimbriata, plus small doses of either Bitter Orange and Green Tea extracts, or Garcinia Cambogia and Yerba Mate extracts which have additional appetite suppression and energy boosting qualities of their own. These formulas really seemed to work the best overall and I had excellent results in both weight loss and fat loss around my waist when I combined Appatrol or Appaluma with my diet plan and simple exercise.
Appatrol™ and Appaluma™ also have the lowest cost per dose of around $0.80 per 500mg capsule which is significantly less than Reducta™ or Swisse™ Appetite Suppressant which are also available in Australia.
I also like that Appatrol™ and Appaluma™ come with a real Money Back Guarantee, not a guarantee where you can only return the product unopened, but you can try Appatrol or Appaluma for 15 days and if it doesn’t work for you to reduce your appetite, you can return it for a refund within 60 days. And you can order online which is very convenient, without the fear of automatic billing or automatic shipping of more pills (memberships).
